ACS wins further utility contract
ACS are pleased to announce that we have won a contract with utility provider Utilita Services Limited to assist in their debt recovery. Our utility client portfolio is rapidly expanding having represented over 16 utility providers in both domestic and non domestic sectors
ACS are assisting Utilita with their final billed collections, agent visits and pre-payment meter installations.
Ian Rigby of Utilita Services Ltd comments "Utilita have used a number of DCA's but we did not receive the service expected. We were approached by ACS who gave a step by set approach. Since the employment of ACS, our cash collections have dramatcially improved. De-energisation and pre-payment installations were a new avenue for Utilita to take but ACS gave us a guiding hand throughout the whole process with fantastic results. ACS clearly has a wealth of knowledge withint the utility sector and I would recommend them without hestitate..
Utilita uses modern smart meters. Their product "Get Smart" is delivering significant benefits to thousands of low income households. They have also recently launched their energy services for businesses suffering with credit problems and helping them to cut costs and avoid pentaly prices.
